Note 1: Discounts (RMB 390 per day, standard room including breakfast) will be only applied if the hotel is booked through the conference committee. Please show your registration form when checking-in. There are no other hotels nearby, so the rooms are limited. Room is not guaranteed without reservation through the conference committee;
Note 2: 15% discount will be applied to the Executive director of units, 10% to the Governing units, and 5% to the member of the Pallet Professional Committee of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing. 10% discount on participation fee will be applied to enterprises participating in the conference that have previously participated in the China Pallet International Conference four times continuously. For enterprises with five or more participants, one person will be free. 10% discount per person will be applied to participants who remit participation fee before October 20, 2014 (subject to the date on the money order); no discounts for booth fees. Only one type of discount may be used each meeting.
Note 3: For the fees of Jiuhuashan trip, besides $ USD 100 per person, the conference also makes some subsidies to undertake partial costs. The fee can be remitted with participation fee. A form invoice shall be issued.
