Notice of Admission of Committee Member to Pallet Professional Committee of
China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing

     中国物流与采购联合会托盘专业委员会（简称：托盘专业委员会）是经民政部批准正式成立的全国性行业组织。托盘专业委员会本着为政府、行业、会员单位服务的宗旨，从即日起在全国范围内扩大吸收委员单位。
     The Pallet Professional Committee of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing(Pallet Professional Committee in abreviation) is a nationwide industrial organization formally established with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. The Pallet Professional Committee will expand the admission of committee member units throughout the country from today with an aim to provide services to the governments, industries and member units.
     托盘委员会是中国物流与采购联合会负责在托盘领域开展行业指导、行业协调工作的专业委员会，也是为托盘生产、使用、经营、研究的企事业单位及个人服务的社团组织。2002年成立以来，在中国物流与采购联合会领导和业界的大力支持下，围绕托盘事业的发展，积极开展了理论研究、科技创新、现状调查、需求预测、市场分析、政策建议、标准修订、资格认证、国际交流、会议展览等项工作。为了适应形势发展的需要，加强组织建设，开创托盘行业工作新局面。根据托盘委员会《条例》规定，按以下方式发展单位委员及个人委员
     The Pallet Committee is professional committee responsible for the industrial guidance and coordination in the field of pallets and also a mass organization providing services for the enterprises and individuals engaged in the pallet production, use, operation and research. Since its establishment in 2002, under the leadership of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and with the great assistance from the pallet industry, the Committee has actively carried out the theoretical research, scientific and technical innovations, investigation of the present situation, prediction of demands,marketing analysis,policy recommendation, standards revision and development, qualification authentication, international exchange, conference and exhibition, etc. all around the development of the pallet industry. In order to adapt to the needs for the development of the situation, strengthen the organizational construction and open up a new prospect for the work of the pallet industry, we will admit unit committee members and individual members in the following manner according to the specifications of the “Rules and Regulations of Pallet Committee”:
一、 本会委员分为单位委员和个人委员。
I. The members of the Committee are divided into unit committee members and individual members.
二、 承认本会章程，愿意成为本会成员，具有下列条件之一的单位，可申请成为单位委员：
 II. Those units who recognize the rules and regulations of the Committee and be willing to become members of the Committee and meet one of the following conditions can apply for the committee membership:
     （1）国内各种经济成分的托盘生产、使用、经营单位；
     Units of domestic economic sectors engaged in production, use and operation of pallets;
     （2）经民政部门批准登记的与托盘行业相关的社团及其所属的科研机构；
     Mass organizations and their subordinate research institutes related to the pallet Industry, approved by and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs;
     （3）从事托盘相关产业的科学研究及高等院校的专业研究机构；
     Specialized research agencies of scientific research institutes and colleges and universities related to the pallet industry
     （4）与托盘相关的企事业单位；
     and the enterprises and public institutions related to the pallet industry.
三、承认本会章程，愿意成为本会成员，具有下列条件之一的个人，可申请成为个人委员：
III. Those individuals who recognize the rules and regulations of the Committee and be willing to become members of the Committee and meet one of the following conditions can apply for individual committee membership:
     （1）在企事业单位或社团从事托盘工作、并做出一定贡献；
     Individuals who have engaged in the pallet work in the enterprises, public institutions or mass organizations and have made certain contributions;
     （2）在专业技术方面有比较丰富经验的在职或离、退休人员；
     Personnel who are still on their posts or retired have rich experience in the pallet speciality and technology;
     （3）在国内注册的外资、合资企业中任职的管理或技术人员。
     Managerial or technical personnel who are working for the foreign enterprises or joint ventures registered in China.
四、委员的权利和义务：
IV. Rights and Obligations of Committee Members
     （1）有参加本会组织的技术交流、技术成果展示、技术培训及评奖等活动的权利；
     Enjoy the right for participating in the technical exchange, exhibition of technical accomplishments, technical training and awards evaluation;
     （2）有享受本会提供的信息、咨询服务和参加本会举办活动享受优惠待遇的权利；
     Enjoy the information and consultant services provided by the Committee and the right of preferential treatment for the participation in the activities hosted by the Committee;
     （3）有参与本会所开展的专项业务活动的权利；
     Enjoy the right to participate in the specialized activities conducted by the Committee;
     （4）有对本会工作提出批评与建议的权利；
     Enjoy the right to make criticisms and suggestions on the work of the Committee;
     （5）有遵守本会章程，执行本会决议，维护本会合法权益的义务；
     Have the obligation to observe the rules and regulations of the Committee, implement the decisions of the Committee and safeguard the legal interests of the Committee;
     （6）有向本会提供信息、推荐委员、完成本会交办工作的义务；
     Have the obligation to provide information and recommend the members for the Committee and accomplish the work given by the Committee;
     （7）有按规定交纳会费的义务。
     Have the right to pay membership dues on time.
五、管理及信息服务费：单位委员为1500元/年；个人委员为200元/年。可每年一交，也可以一次交纳多年；
V. The fee for the management and information service is RMB1500 Yuan/year for unit committee member and RMB 200 Yuan/year for individual Committee member. It can be paid annually or for more than a year.
六、入会程序：自愿申请登记（单位/个人委员实行统一表格样式、附后）、交纳管理及信息服务费，经托盘委员会常务委员会讨论通过后即成为委员，并颁发委员证书。
VI. Procedures for Joining the Committee: Units and individuals shall make application and registration with the Committee(an unified application form attached below is used for both unit and individual), pay the fee for management and information service and will become the committee member upon the approval of the standing committee of the Pallet Professional Committee. Then the certificate of Committee member will be issued accordingly.
