Call for participation

Dear friends：
We are back for 2007 China International Pallet Conference!
And this year the conference time is intended to be set to the same
as last year from Nov/29/2007 to Nov/30/2007. The conference place is
still in Beijing and venue hotel is preliminary set to Hongkun International
hotel. This year we continuously focus on pallet international standard,
pallet pooling system development, pallet production. One bright point
for this year conference is the newly added section on pallet based
inventory financing, an innovation that gives new life to the pallet
pooling system. Last year we had great success of running the first
pallet conference in China and we were honored to have colleagues participating
from all over the world. Throughout the conference people from difference
cultures and backgrounds exchange ideas, get educated and discuss where
pallet industry goes under global economy. This year we shall recreate
the same success and bring more valuable programs to all participants.
For the whole year of 2007 we are continuously at
awe with the neck-breaking speed of china booming economy and high temperature
of its logistics infrastructure investment. The expansion of pallet
industry in China is demonstrated at both pallet enterprises and pallet
products multiplied. However both challenges and opportunities exist
as production costs going up, new pallet standard coming out and IPSM
15 impact still to be seen.
We, China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing
Pallet Professional Committee, in alliance with the Federation of Asia
Pallet System, has organized the conference “2007 China Pallet International
Conference”. This year our main theme is about “China Pallet and the
World; Win-Win Cooperation”, underneath we cover topics such as “Pallet
Standard”, “Pallet Resource Sharing”, “Pallet Recycle Utilization”,
“Pallet production machinery”, “Pallet unitization logistics”, “Pallet
inventory financing”, “Pallet new technology” etc. This year we intend
to invite more pallet user groups covering fields such as tobacco, medicine,
chemistry, auto, electronic, food and beverage, import & export,
packaging, distribution logistics center, franchise etc. To go with
the conference, we shall have a larger exhibition space of pallet product
than we had last year. At the end of the conference, for those who are
interested that we shall arrange field visit to get better idea of how
pallet gets produced and used in China.
We are looking forward to hosting representatives
of both the pallet and logistics industries from all over the world.
We hope participants from both China and the other nations in attendance
will learn from each other and turn this conference into an excellent
opportunity for business and partnerships.
